Abstract: U ovom radu se analizira savremeni pristup kreiranju efektivnih strategija preduzeća u uslovima intenzivne konkurencije. Fokus je na fleksibilnom prilagođavanju strategijskog okvira poslovanja, umrežavanju poslovnih entiteta i adaptivnoj sposobnosti preduzeća sa ciljem održivog razvoja poslovanja. Ispituje se rekonfiguracija strategijskih poslovnih jedinica i njihov uticaj na transfer znanja unutar preduzeća sa aspekta ekonomije zasnovane na znanju. Implikacije savremenih menadžerskih strategija na rast vrednosti za potrošače sagledane su polazeći od njihovog značaja za konsolidaciju poslovnog sistema i smanjenje vertikalne integracije preduzeća. Ističe se razvojna perspektiva decentralizovane, koordinisane organizacione strukture preduzeća i njene mogućnosti prilagođavanja tržišnim promenama. Razmatra se i transformacija konvencionalnog poslovnog modela u uslovima aktuelnog pristupa proizvodnim procesima i kontinuiranih inovativnih promena. Alternativne opcije primene novih poslovnih modela istražuju se prema principu eksploatacije trenutnog tržišnog stanja i analize budućih razvojnih šansi. Rad se zasniva na savremenom konceptu efektivnih strategija i rezultatu njihove primene koji doprinosi ostvarenju poslovnog uspeha preduzeća.
In this paper contemporary approach to effective strategies creation for company in conditions of intense competition is analyzed. The focus is on flexible adaptation of the business strategic framework, business entities networking and adaptive capability of company with goal of business sustainable development. Reconfiguration of strategic business units and their impact on knowledge transfer from aspect of the knowledge economy are investigated. Implications of contemporary managerial strategies on consumer value growth are observed, starting from their significance for business system consolidation and reduction of company's vertical integration. Development perspective of decentralized, coordinated organizational structure of the company and its possibility to adapt to market changes are pointed out. Transformation of conventional business model in conditions of current approach to business processes and continuing innovative changes is also considered. Alternative options of new business models implementation are researched, according to principle of current market condition exploitation and analysis of future development opportunities. The paper is based on modern concept of effective strategies and result of their implementation on a company's success.
