Abstract: U radu se prikazuje pristup reinženjeringu poslovnih procesa (BPR) baziran na obojenim Petrijevim mrežama (CPN), alatu za modeliranje, simulaciju i analizu procesa.
An approach to business process reengineering (BPR) is presented and illustrated in this paper. The approach is based on Coloured Petri Nets (CPN) as a general tool for modeling, simulation and analysis of system processes. In realization of a BPR project there are two crucial phases in which the model AS-IS and the model TO-BE are created. This implies using the appropriate technique for business process modeling and analysis. How CPN can be used for this purpose is illustrated here on the example of operation production planning in a pharmaceutical company. The processes are described by use of concept of dependencies and coordination mechanism as well as by use of decomposition and specialization concepts. It is shown that CPN can handle these concept in an easily way. The produced net is hierarchical, stochastic coloured Petri net. Applying well-know software package Design/CPN, simulation and performance analysis have been performed.
