dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this paper is understanding of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on coffee supply chains. The research domain includes the features, processes and participants that are characteristic for coffee supply chains, as well as the consequences and impact of the pandemic on those chains. The methodological approach includes a case study in which coffee supply chains are analized using Lavazza as an example. The result of the paper is the understanding of how coffee supply chains have responded to the challenges they have faced amid the pandemic.sr
