| dc.description.abstract | Patients face challenges such as the inability to track their all-health activities through a single application. The paper provides a detailed overview of the design and development of a decentralized PHR application based on blockchain. The application design encompasses main interactions between patients and key stakeholders in a healthcare ecosystem. Design of the developed PHR application prioritizes simplicity, intuitiveness, and accessibility, fostering seamless interaction for healthcare providers and patients. B2C transactions can be conducted using developed smart contract in Solidity. Developed application enables patients to track their medical reports, analysis, medical treatments and to track their health parameters in real time. This is a unique application that enables storing all medical records and medical data history in one place with possibility to share this data in the request. | sr |
