Abstract: Many factors influence how entrepreneurship is perceived in specific societies. This paper will delve
into what young individuals believe to be the crucial elements for initiating a business and to what extent
institutions in the Republic of Serbia contribute to this. In conclusion, the paper will outline measures to
encourage young people to embrace an entrepreneurial spirit. Strive to incorporate phrases that complement the
text for coherence during your conference presentation. The biggest challenges for young people in starting a
business are finances and networking, while the institution that provides the greatest support for starting a
business is the university.
