This study examines and promotes the adoption of Special AI-office and automation software in the logistics sector across Brazil, Croatia, Germany, and Serbia. Survey findings reveal a strong reliance on enterprise automation solutions, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, while Specialized AI-office software remain underutilized. Regional differences indicate varying levels of AI adoption, with Brazil showing higher engagement. However, these insights are preliminary and require further validation. This research sets the foundation for future studies to explore industry-specific challenges, assess AI’s impact on logistics efficiency, and identify key drivers for broader adoption of AI-powered office automation solutions.en_US
