dc.description.abstractModerno poslovanje u uslužnoj industriji, kao što je ketering hrane, zahteva adekvatan informacioni sistem koji obezbeđuje efikasno odvijanje operacija. U ovom radu dat je prikaz ketering industrije i specifičnih izazova u upravljanju zalihama, proizvodnjom i isporukom. U glavnom delu rada predstavljena je spredšit aplikacija PrimoPlanning, razvijena sa ciljem da omogući organizovano i efikasno vođenje malog ili srednjeg ketering preduzeća. Opisani su ključni moduli aplikacije: dobavljači, sastojci, sastavnice, proizvodi i kupci, kao i operativni procesi koje pokrivaju narudžbenice, radni nalozi i prodajni nalozi. Takođe je prikazana izlazna sekcija aplikacije koja pruža statističke izveštaje i analize poslovanja. Diskutovane su mogućnosti koje aplikacija nudi, njene prednosti i ograničenja.en_US
dc.description.abstractModern business in the service industry, such as food catering, requires an adequate information system that ensures efficient business operations. This paper presents an overview of the catering industry and its specific challenges in managing inventory, production, and delivery. The main part of the paper introduces the spreadsheet application PrimoPlanning, developed to provide organized and efficient management for small or medium-sized catering companies. The key modules of the application are described, including suppliers, ingredients, bills of materials, products, and customers, as well as operational processes covered by purchase orders, work orders, and sales orders. The output section of the application, which provides statistical reports and business analyses, is also presented. The paper discusses the possibilities offered by the application, its advantages, and its limitations.en_US
