dc.description.abstractBrz razvoj informaciono-komunikacionih tehnologija pružio je mogućnost stvaranja moćnih, nekonvencionalnih organizacionih modela za koje klasični pristupi u rješavanju organizacionih problema ne mogu da pruže adekvatno rješenje. Projektovanje virtualnih organizacija predstavlja jednu od trenutno najatraktivnijih tema u savremenom menadžmentu. Projektovanje stabilne fleksibilne virtualne organizacije koja se u dinamičnom okruženju može uključiti u tržišnu utakmicu, predstavlja novi izazov koji se zbog prirode virtualnih organizacija postavlja ne samo pred menadžere, već i pred istraživanje drugih profila. Ovaj rad bavi se problemima karakterističnim za virtualne organizacije, predstavlja koncepte na kojima se bazira njihovo funkcionisanje (outsourcing, procesni pristup) i predlaže principe kojih bi se trebalo pridržavati pri projektovanju kako bi se izbjegli potencijalni problemi. U radu se posebna pažnja posvećuje rješenjima preuzetim iz softverskog inženjerstva, a to se prije svega odnosi na upotrebu softverskih paterna koje je moguće primijeniti na projektovanje virtualnih organizacija. Na kraju je predstavljen uopšteni model koji uzima u obzir sve specifičnosti virtualnih organizacija, kao i predložena rješenja.sr
dc.description.abstractRapid development of information-communication technologies provides a possibility to create robust, unconventional organization models for witch traditional problem solving approach does not provide appropriate solution. Virtual organization design is one of the most attractive fields in contemporary management witch hasn’t been completely researched. Design of a stable, flexible virtual organization, which in a dynamic environment can include market competition, represents a new challenge which because of the nature of virtual organizations is set not only before managers, but also before researchers from other fields. This paper deals with the problems that are characteristic for virtual organizations, presents concepts on witch it’s operating is based (outsourcing, process approach), and it suggests principles which one should stick to when projecting them in order to avoid possible problems. The paper pays special attention to the solutions taken over from software engineering, primarily related to the use of software patterns which can be applied in designing virtual organizations. Finally the paper presents a general model which takes into consideration all specificities of virtual organizations, as well as proposed solutions.en
