The number of international projects continues to grow, and we can predict that this trend will continue in the future. Companies will need more project managers with capabilities to conduct international projects. Knowledge of project managers in future must be more and more complemented with elements of international matters. Training specific to the host country is necessary for international project managers. Project managers get benefit from training for international projects in many subjects: from economy to cultural differences.
