dc.description.abstractSavremeno poslovanje je nezamislivo bez informacionih sistema. Za velika preduzeća je kupovina gotovog rešenja od proverenih dobavljača bolja solucija od samostalnog razvoja. Ipak, prilagođavanje softverskog rešenja potrebama kompanije i projekat implementacije su kompleksni procesi koji sa sobom nose velike rizike od neuspeha. U ovom radu je predstavljen takav projekat na konkretnom primeru uvođenja SAP-ovog ERP rešenja u Naftnu Industriju Srbije.sr
dc.description.abstractModern business cannot function without information systems (IS). For the large companies it is better to buy already tested solution from a reliable supplier, then to develop their own IS. However, software adjustments to the company's needs as well as implementation project are complex processes, with the serious risk of failure. In this paper such implementation project is described using the example of the SAP ERP solution into Naftna Industrija Srbije.en
