| dc.description.abstract | U ovom radu je prezentovana veza između efektivnog menadžmenta troškova i merenja profitabilnosti po kupcima (customer profitabiliy), što predstavlja noviju percepciju sa aspekta upravljanja troškovima preduzeća, ali u krajnjoj instanci i sa stanovišta marketing menadžmenta, u kontekstu upravljanja dugoročnim odnosima sa potrošačima. Polazi se od kompleksnosti menadžmenta troškova i njegove uloge u savremenom poslovanju. Takođe se preispituje menadžment baziran na vrednosti. Ishod rada je analiza i prezentacija konsekvenci obračuna troškova i upravljanja profitabilnošću po kupcima proizvoda, odnosno po korisniicima usluga. | sr |
| dc.description.abstract | The paper shows the relationship between the effective cost management and the profitability measurements per customer (customer profitability), which is a more recent perception from the point of view of the company cost management, as well as, in the long run, from the point of view of the marketing management too, in the context of long-term customer relations management. We started from the complexity of the cost management and the role it plays in modern business. We also analyzed the value-based management. The result of the research is the analysis and the presentation of the consequences of customer/user of services-based cost accounting and management. | en |
