Modularna proizvodnja kao sredstvo za postizanje konkurentnosti u tekstilnoj industriji

Abstract

Promene koje su se u poslednje vreme desile u proizvodnom okruženju tekstilne industrije su poslužile kao motiv za redizajn postojećih organizacionih i proizvodnih struktura. Za kompanije iz ovog sektora je neophodno da dostignu zadovoljavajući nivo konkurentnosti pošto je to jedini način da zadrže svoju poziciju na tržištu. Zbog toga je potrebno usvojiti i implementirati različite strategije. U ovom radu će biti pomenute prednosti 'just-in-time' proizvodne filozofije u tekstilnoj industriji, a posebna pažnja će biti posvećena modularnoj proizvodnji, kao i prednostima modularne proizvodnje u odnosu na tradicionalnu, linijsku proizvodnju.

The change that occurred in the last years in the manufacturing environment of the clothing industry has motivated the redesign, in many cases, of its organizational and productive structures. For the companies in this sector it is necessary to reach satisfactory level of competitiveness since it is the only way of remaining in the market. Because of this, the adoption and implementation of different strategies is required. In this paper, the advantages of the 'just-in-time' philosophy for the clothing industry will be mentioned, as well as the advantages that modular manufacturing has over traditional way of production. .
