dc.description.abstractIn this paper we presented case study method as learning method which the Faculty of Organizational Sciences from Serbia implemented as tools for improvement of students knowledge and skills, as well as for improvement of faculties' educational image in dynamic environment. We summarized case study archive through different case study activities for lecturers and students. We also described the findings about students' opinion related to application of case study method in teaching process. We explained advantages and disadvantages of case study method, and recognized students' motives for using case study method in higher education which should help lecturers for better understanding of students' educational needs and providing adequate curricula redesign.en
