Supply chain performance measurement using logical aggregation

Abstract

In modern economies, supply chain management has become strategic factor for realization of organizational objectives. In the era of globalization and outsourcing, organizations are integrating individual functions into supply chain processes in order to effectively manage their operations. Effective supply chain management requires various kinds of supply chain performance measures. This paper presents an approach to performance measurement in a supply chain based on the use of logical aggregation operator.
