Otuda je ovaj koncept više od nekoliko decenija u fokusu stručne i naučne javnosti. Evolucija javno-privatnog partnerstva još uvek nije konačna, pa se različita institucionalna rešenja razvijaju kako sa geografskog, tako i sa vremenskog aspekta.
