Preispituju se karakteristike digitalne ekonomije i promene koje ona donosi sa aspekta strategijskog menadžmenta. Posebno su analizirane specifičnosti poslovnog okruženja, mrežne infrastrukture i prirode konkurencije. U fokusu su znanje, informacije i ideje kao resursi. | dc.description.abstract | The work deals with the complexity of creating and implementation of a competitive strategy in the conditions of digital economy. It analyses the characteristics of digital economy and the changes it brings about from the point of view of the strategic management. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the specific features of the business environment, network infrastructure and the nature of competition. The focus of our attention are knowledge, information and ideas as resources.
