E-government model based on mobile cloud computing

Abstract

Nowadays, it is estimated that there are more than 86 mobile subscribers per 100 inhabitants in the world. The wide dispersion of mobile devices enabled the need of introducing mobile e-government services for citizens and enterprises. Main subject of this paper is creating a model for providing m-government services to citizens. In this paper, current deployments of mobile and cloud computing technologies for providing e-government services to citizens will be analysed. The model for deploying m-government services in the cloud will be presented.
