| dc.description.abstract | Ovaj članak je napisan sa ciljem da olakša preduzetnicima, prvenstveno u oblasti poslovanja baziranog na Internetu, konceptualizaciju i razvoj poslovnog modela. On je rezultat istraživanja poslovnih modela dve vodeće firme iz Srbije čije je poslovanje bazirano na Internetu i sličnom poslovnom modelu na globalnom nivou. Metoda koja je korišćena u radu je studija slučaja, uz šablon poslovnog modela koji su predstavili Osterwalder i Pigneur. Naši nalazi potvrđuju pretpostavke da na uspeh poslovanja pozitivno utiče dobro osmišljeni poslovni model, kroz uočavanje velikog broja sličnosti poslovnih modela najuspešnijih kompanija u istoj delatnosti Internet baziranog poslovanja, koja posluju na različitim tržištima. Ograničenja ovog članka su analiza tri studije slučaja - eBay, Limundo i Kupindo, te se hipoteza ne potvrđuje sa visokom naučnom pouzdanošću. Primena rezultata ovog članka je pre svega u podsticaju preduzetnicima u Internet baziranom poslovanju da razvijaju poslovne modele za svoje kompanije, koristeći ovde prikazanu Osterwalderov i Pigneourov šablon ili druge pristupe. | sr |
| dc.description.abstract | This paper has been written with aim to ease entrepreneurs, especially in the field of Internet based business to conceptualize and develop business model. It is the result of research in business models of two leading companies from Serbia and similar Internet based business on a global scale. Methods used is case study, enveloped in business model developed by Osterwalder i Pigneur. Our findings confirm that well developed business model positively influences on business success, by pointing to significant similarities of most successful companies on different markets in this Internet based industry branch. Limitation of this study is focus on only three examples - eBay, Limundo and Kupindo, so this hypothesis cannot be confirmed with high scientific reliability. Application of results of this paper is at most in incentive to Internet entrepreneurs to develop business models for their companies, using Osterwalder and Pigneour pattern or other approaches. | en |
