dc.description.abstractPredmet doktorske disertacije su mogućnosti primene i integracije edukativnih igara u procese podučavanja, učenja i razvoja kompetencija u oblasti logistike i upravljanja lancima snabdevanja SCM (Supply Chain Management), pre svega u visokoobrazovnim ustanovama. Primarni cilj disertacije predstavlja razvoj novog modela učenja logistike i SCM zasnovanog na igrama, čiji je jedan od ključnih elemenata originalni alat za podršku odlučivanju za izbor logističkih i SCM igara. Dodatni ciljevi koji se izdvajaju su razvoj novog modela kompetencija menadžera logistike i lanca snabdevanja i istraživanje postojećeg stanja primene logističkih i SCM igara u visokoobrazovnim ustanovama u Republici Srbiji. Polaznu osnovu rada čini pregled i analiza istraživanja iz oblasti obrazovanja budućih menadžera logistike/lanca snabdevanja, sa posebnim osvrtom na primenu učenja zasnovanog na igrama...sr
dc.description.abstractThe subject of this doctoral dissertation is the possibility of application and integration of educational games into the processes of teaching, learning, and developing logistics and supply chain management (SCM) competences, primarily in higher education institutions. The main aim of the dissertation is to develop a new model of learning logistics and SCM based on games, whose one of the key elements will be an original decision-making support tool for the selection of logistics and SCM educational games. Additionally, some of the important objectives are to develop a new competence model for logistics and supply chain managers as well as to examine the current state of using logistics and SCM games in the institutions of higher education in the Republic of Serbia.
