Savremeni menadžment i promene vezane za automatizaciju intelektualnih poslova

Abstract

U radu se analizira sve veći značaj menadžmenta, kao nauke i kao prakse, u eri automatizacije intelektualnih poslova. Karakteristično je da se u novijem periodu mnogi poslovi koji podrazumevaju prepoznavanje i uparivanje paterna efektivno mogu automatizovati uvođenjem inteligentnih mašina. Ovo implicira značajne izazove za menadžere sa stanovišta pojedinih podprocesa savremenog menadžmenta i donošenja poslovnih odluka. U fokusu je razvoj pametnih proizvoda u cilju povećanja konkurentnosti u dinamičnom digitalnom okruženju.

The paper analyses increasing importance of management in science and in practice in the era of automation of intellectual jobs. It is characteristic that lately many jobs that comprise pattern matching and pattern recognition can be effectively automated by introducing intelligent machines. This presents significant challenges for the management from the aspects of certain subprocesses of contemporary management and regarding the business decision making. The focal attention is paid to development of smart products with the aim of increasing competitiveness in dynamic digital environment.
