Abstract: Savremeno poslovno okruženje nameće visoka očekivanja od svih učesnika, na šta značajno utiče način, sposobnost i kvalitet obrade informacija. Jedan od uticajnijih faktora uspeha kompanije na dugi rok je upravo način na koji pristupa čuvanju, distribuciji i upravljanju znanjem. Struktuiranjem različitih oblika eksplicitnog i implicitnog znanja može se ostvariti kompetitivna prednost i mogu se prevazići problemi koji se javljaju usled loše komunikacije i neplaniranih odlazaka zaposlenih. za efikasno upravljanje znanjem je potrebno koristiti softversko rešenje, koje treba adekvatno prilagoditi kompaniji, njenoj kulturi, procesima, zaposlenima i drugim specifičnostima. Confluence alat je jedno od mogućih rešenja koja se mogu koristiti u tu svrhu, ali njegovo korišćenje treba pažljivo dizajnirati na način koji će olakšati korisnicima snalaženje i razumevanje rešenja. U ovom radu prikazan je predlog organizacije prostora i sadržaja u okviru Confluence alata za potrebe tima koji se bavi modelovanjem proizvoda u kompaniji Futura osiguranje i istaknute su potencijalne koristi njegove primene.
Modern business world has high expectations of all participants, which is significantly influenced by their approach, ability and quality of information processing. One of the key factors for success of the company in the long-term is the approach it uses when it comes to storing, distributing and managing knowledge. By structuring different kinds of explicit and implicit knowledge, companies can gain competitive advantage and overcome problems resulting from bad communications, unplanned leave of employees etc. For efficient knowledge management it is necessary to use appropriate software solution which needs to be adjusted in a way which is suitable for a company, its culture, processes, employees and other specifics. Atlassian Confluence is one of the possible solutions which can be used for this purpose but its utilization needs to be carefully designed in a way which will make it simple for employees to use it and to navigate through it. in this paper we present an organizational structure of content inside Confluence tool, as well as benefits of its application, all intended to a team working on modeling of insurance products in company Futura insurance.
