Abstract: Proizvodne procese u primarnoj preradi drveta čini niz vremenski međuzavisnih tehnoloških operacija kojima se vrši prerada trupaca u rezanu građu.
Production processes in sawmilling industry consists of several, time- dependent technological operations, witch transforms sawlogs in sawnwood. The main machines in such production processes are power saw and band saw. These machines have great capacities so the bottlenecks and discontinuations can appear in the rest of process. One of the possible approaches in solving such problems is simulation study of whole production process or it's main part. Simulation study shows a system behavior over a time, and makes a possibility to realize influence of key factors onto the system behavior and dynamics on the basis of several experiment results. Observed model is realized by GPSS/FON simulation language. Results are given in tabular and graphical form.
