Abstract: Kompanija OTC je stvorila marketing informacioni sistem DBM (database marketing), koji predstavlja osnovu za upravljanje marketinškim aktivnostima u preduzeću. Predstavljene su osnove komponente sistema i razlozi za njegovo uvođenje u preduzeće.
This paper describes marketing information system. This system was projected and implementation in the OTC company and it was base for marketing management activity. The structure of the system is analyzed and basic components and functions are described.
