Pre svega se misli na posledice koje su objedinjene u okviru'sindroma preživelog', zatim na opasnosti za proces rasta produktivnosti, inovativnosti i krajnjoj konsekvenci same profitabilnosti. Smanjenje broja hijerarhijskih nivoa je analizirano kao menadžerski aspekt smanjenja broja zaposlenih. In this paper it is shown that uncertainties follow downsizing process which is usually not considered by its representatives for whom it is the leading among those measures for revitalizing and enterprise development. First of all there are consequence of those survived and ostracizes for lagging productivity and at the end profitability the decreasing number of hierarchical level is analyzed as the managerial aspect of the creasing number of employed. |
