Abstract: U radu je prikazan Sm"rt model za definisanje marketing nastupa na Internetu Opisane su četiri osnovne faze u razvoju modela: definisanje Internet biznis plana, situaciona analiza, izrada i implementacija marketing plana i kontrolna faza.
In this paper we presents the Sm"rt model for Internet business presence definition. We described four basic phase of Web site: Internet business plan definition, situation analysis, creating and implementing marketing plan, control phase.
