Ukazuje se da je IETM deo šireg koncepta računarski upravljane logističke podrške CALS. Govori se o vrstama digitalnih priručnika i o potrebi da izbor priručnika bude prilagođen potrebama konkretnog korisnika. Predstavljaju se neka softverska rešenja uglednih proizvođača IETM sistema. Daje se pregled efekata koji se ostvaruju implementacijom IETM-a i njegovih prednosti u odnosu na tradicionalni tehnički priručnik raspoloživ na papirnoj podlozi. This paper deals with the IETM (Interactive Electronic Technical Manual) as the modern service for technical diagnostics and maintenance support. IETM is the part of broader concept of CALS (Computer Aided Logistics Support). The paper analyzes the digital manuals types and a need that IETM choice should be customer oriented and tailored Some world-class IETM software products are presented. Also, the survey of IETM implementation effects and their advantages to paper based technical manual is given. |
