This paper outlines trends in the field of mobile development, specifically in CMDFs area which is rapidly evolving with new emerging approaches for creating mobile applications. The most popular cross-platform mobile frameworks today are Flutter, React Native, Cordova, Ionic and Xamarin, respectively. Mentioned frameworks cover both predominant mobile operating systems (Android and iOS) and also provide support for desktop and web applications.
