Abstract: This paper describes agile software development techniques, Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), as well as tools and frameworks for Behavior-Driven Development within the .NET platform, such as SpecFlow, BDTest and LightBDD. A demonstrative example is provided to showcase their usage and highlight their characteristics. The Gherkin language is also described for writing tests in a human-readable format, which provides strong support for integration with various test automation tools. In this paper different tools and frameworks for .NET platform are evaluated and analyzed. This study aims to highlight the strengths and suitability of different implementations of BDD frameworks for different project needs and compositions, comparing SpecFlow, BDTest and LightBDD frameworks
