Rezultati
namera. Dobijeni nalazi delimično potvrđuju teorijsku osnovu istraživanja i naglašavaju
značaj razvoja motivacionih faktora za unapređenje preduzetništva.
In countries that went thorugh the transition from planned to market-driven
economy and where employment in existing enterprises is more common than selfemployment,
understanding of entrepreneurial motivation is essential for explaining
entrepreneurial behavior. This paper examines motivational factors and their relationship
with entrepreneurial intentions in the Republic of Serbia, as well as their predictive power.
Correlation analysis shows that five of six motivational factors are statistically significant
and moderately correlated with entrepreneurial intentions, while the stepwise regression
analysis identifies three significant predictors. These findings partially confirm the
theoretical basis of the study and emphasize the importance of strengthening
motivational factors to foster entrepreneurship.
