Content management in e-education

Abstract

This paper considers managing educational processes and their integration with appropriate software applications, through organization of studies realization of educational and research processes and content management. Information technology development allows for a more efficient teaching through orientation on knowledge transfer instead of on presentation, and a more efficient studying using the students' services subsystem and LMS. The paper considers an example of implementing this concept through the realization of faculty intranet and using LMS. An example of e-education process analysis and software components integration at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade, is given, too.
