Međunarodna standardizacija i ocena usaglašenosti

Abstract

Rad daje uvid u osnovne koncepte iz oblasti ocene usaglašenosti i sumira koristi od primene ovog postupka. Kao najvažniji koncepti kod ocene usaglašenosti posebno su analizirani: kodeks dobre prakse, ocena preko prve druge i treće strane, ispitivanje, kontrolisanje, sertifikacija sistema menadžmenta, sertifikacija proizvoda, sertifikacija osoblja i akreditacija. Primena međunarodne standardizacije je vrlo značajna za ocenu usaglašenosti i igra važnu ulogu u održivom razvoju i olakšavanju trgovine promovisanjem bezbednosti, kvaliteta i tehničke kompatibilnosti. Svaki od postupaka ocene usaglašenosti je, u cilju postizanja potrebne tehničke objektivnosti i ponovljivosti metode, precizno definisan odredbama odgovarajućih standarda koji su takođe analizirani u radu.

The paper provides an insight into the fundamental concepts of the conformity assessment. It also summarizes the benefits originating from its application. As the most important concepts of the conformity assessment process the following are analyzed: the code of good practice, first, second and third party assessment, testing, inspection, management system, product and personnel certification, as well as accreditation. Application of the international standardization is very important for the conformity assessment, which play a significant role in the sustainable development process and trade relaxation through the promotion of safety, quality and technical compatibility. In order to achieve necessary technical objectivity and repeatability, each of the approaches for conformity assessment are precisely defined by the appropriate standards, which are also analyzed in the paper.
