Stage-Gate). Ovaj model predstavlja poznati savremeni koncept razvoja novog proizvoda šematski plan upravljanja projektom inovacije proizvoda, usmeren ka povećanju efektivnosti i efikasnosti, sa definisanim fazama - aktivnostima te kapijama - tačkama odlučivanja na osnovu definisanih kriterijuma. The paper is dealing with innovation project management models, especially in the domain of a new product development (NPD). It has been started from the basic innovation management elements definition -from idea to commercialization, aiming at realization of business success, increasing competitiveness and profitability. In that sense, as a central model considering the importance and implementation effects, the Stage-Gate approach is addressed. It can be said that this model represents a well known new product development concept. A Stage-Gate System is a conceptual and operational road map for moving a new-product project from idea to launch. Stage-Gate divides the effort into distinct stages separated by management decision gates according to defined criteria. |
