Abstract: Ovaj rad razmatra uticaj informacionih i komunikacionih tehnologija na performanse preduzeća, pre svega na produktivnost preduzeća. Kroz analizu postojećih istraživanja vrši se kvalitativno poređenje zaključaka tih istraživanja, koji se kreću od procene izrazito pozitivnih uticaja do potpuno suprotnih zaključaka. Ovakvi rezultati omogućavaju poređenje sa prvom fazom hotornskog eksperimenta, i postavku hipoteze da se uticaj IKT na performanse ostvaruje preko različitih internih i eksternih faktora koji nisu bili uključeni u većini istraživanja.
This paper analyses influence of information and communication technologies on organizational performance, especially productivity of the enterprise. Using analysis of existing research its conclusions are qualitatively compared, and those conclusions vary from estimation of extremely positive influences to totally opposite conclusions. Those results give us chance to draw a parallel with first phase of Hawthorne research, and present hypothesis that ICT influence on organizational performances is conducted through various internal and external factors that were not included in most research.have". The short description of all processes in these two main processes is given: process of IT Service Delivery and IT Service Support.
