| dc.description.abstract | Sve organizacije postoje unutar svog okruženja. Okruženje determiniše način i dinamiku organizacionog funkcionisanja, odnosno ono određuje uslove i ograničenja organizacionog razvoja. U ovom radu je analizirana priroda savremenog organizacionog okruženja sa aspekta njegovih osnovnih parametara. U njemu su prikazani i rezultati empirijskog istraživanja koje je sprovedeno na određenom broju organizacija u Srbiji, a koje je imalo za cilj da utvrdi prirodu organizacionog okruženja, kao i faktore okruženja koji utiču na funkcionisanje ovih organizacija. | sr |
| dc.description.abstract | All organizations exist within its own environment. Environment determinates the manner and dynamics of organizational functioning. It also defines the terms and limits of organizational development. This paper shows analysis of the nature of contemporary organizational environment from the aspect of its fundamental parameters. It also exhibits the results of empirical research conducted on a vast number of organizations in Serbia. The objective of this research was to define the nature of organizational environment in Serbia and to determine the environmental factors which influence the functioning of these organizations. | en |
