Analizirani su i primeri iz prakse koji ilustruju implikacije ovog novog koncepta na savremeni menadžement u uslovima globalizacije poslovanja i sve veće dinamike poslovnog okruženja. Ukazuje se na oblasti menadžmenta u kojima ovaj koncept otvara mogućnosti za unapređenje poslovanja, pre svega snižavanjem troškova i stvaranjem poslovne klime koja podstiče inovativnost. Theoretical framework of the new concept of Enterprise 2.0 is presented in this paper, taking into account that this concept in effect implies incorporation of specific information and communication technologies in business process for purposes of achieving company goals. Cases of implications of this new concept for contemporary management in framework of globalize business and dynamic business environment are analyzed. Areas of management in which implementation of this concept might lead to improvements are pinpointed; cost reductions and creating business climate that fosters innovations being two areas of particular interest. |
