Abstract: Troškovi i cene su ključni faktori konkurentnosti, koji značajno utiču na položaj preduzeća na tržištu i profitabilnost njegovog poslovanja. U radu je zato stavljen poseban akcenat na strategijski pristup menadžmentu troškova, kojim ce smanjuje rizik donošenja pogrešnih odluka o cenama i stvaraju preduslovi za uspešno poslovanje preduzeća.
Costs and prices are key factors of competitiveness that significantly affect the position of the company at the market and profitability of business. It is the reason why this paper puts special emphasis on the strategic approach to cost management, which reduces the risk of making wrong decisions on prices and creates the prerequisites for successful business performance. .
