Portal for the management of digitally signed electronic documents

Abstract

The document management in large-size organizations is fast developing field that influences on the business world. Information communication technology infrastructure enables capabilities of business process automation, distribution and the speed of exchange of digital documents. These don't have any usage without well-constructed and organized management of digital certificates. Introduction of digital signature is important factor as a-priori requirement for authentication, non-repudiation and immutability. Portal for the management of digitally signed electronic documents provides the tools for the creation, storage, finding, management and distribution of electronic documents within an organization. This paper provides one of possible solutions for this Portal in intranet environment.
