U radu su razmatrani menadžment informacioni sistemi materijalnog knjigovodstva, koji imaju značajnu ulogu pri odlučivanju o novim nabavkama ili utrošku sirovina i materijala u proizvodnji, kako se novim nabavkama ne bi povećavale postojeće zalihe na skladištu s jedne strane, odnosno kako ne bi došlo do prekida proizvodnje zbog nedostatka pojedinih sirovina ili materijala, s druge strane. Cilj ovog rada je analiza i razvoj menadžment informacionih sistema materijalnog knjigovodstva, kroz analizu i implementaciju zahteva menadžmenta na operativnom, taktičkom i strategijskom nivou upravljanja u preduzeću. Management information systems incurred the result of a need for more efficient management of the enterprise management processes. This paper discusses the management of information systems for bookkeeping raw materials and consumables that play an important role in deciding on new purchases or consumption of raw materials in production as the new purchases would not increase the existing stock in inventory, or to avoid an interruption of production due to lack of raw materials. The aim of this paper is to analyze and develop management information systems through the analysis of bookkeeping raw materials and consumables and the implementation of the operational, tactical and strategic levels of management in the enterprise. |
