BPM adoption was measured through Process performance index (PPI). A survey research was conducted on a sample of 91 manufacturing and service companies in Serbia and collected data were analyzed using statistical package SPSS. The results suggest that companies with larger extent of BPP formalization have higher PPI. This shows that BPP formalization is positively related to success of BPM adoption. By formalizing the procedure for BPP, it is possible to efficiently make decisions about processes that need to be improved and managed, which ensures more successful adoption of BPM in organizations. | URI: | https://rfos.fon.bg.ac.rs/handle/123456789/2072 |
