Logistic performance evaluation and rewarding model for drivers in direct distribution

Abstract

This document describes the model for additional benefits for those employed in the transport system (drivers), based on official results of performance evaluation. It presents the way for methodology development and quantitative model of employee performance evaluation. This paper is written based on the personal experience in planning, controlling and organizing of transport in direct distribution.
